Born in 1973 , Binod represents the generation of the contempary artists from Nepal , who are being acclaimed internationally .
He is a Fine Arts graduate from Tribhuvan University ( Fine Art Campus ) in Kathmandu , Nepal .
He has had five solo shows , four in Nepla in 2005 , 2007 , 2008 and 2009 , and one in Korea in 2005 . He has participated in over forty Group Shows in Nepal and overseas since 1999.

1992 : 1st Prize, Nepal Telecommunication Directory Cover Design Competition by NTC.
